Toukiden: Kiwami - A Hunting Action Game for PS4

"Toukiden: Kiwami" is an action-packed hunting game that will take players on a journey to save mankind from destruction. Players will take on the role of a Slayer and use their unique abilities to battle Oni. The game features the Targeted Destruction System, where players must sever, pierce, and crush parts of the Oni to defeat them. Multiplayer for up to 4 players is supported, encouraging cooperation between friendly Slayers.

To defeat the Oni, players must use the appropriate weapon and cooperate with fellow Slayers. The game offers a wide variety of powers through the Mitama, which are captured spirits that take residence in weapons, unlocking special powers for use against the Oni. With over 300 Mitama to collect, players can enjoy creating their own original equipment.

The game is set in a world set apart in time and space by the power of the Oni. Players will start as a rookie Slayer in a Slayer village called Utakata and fight the Oni in areas that display characteristics of time periods ranging from ancient days to the early Shogunate. The game also features veteran Slayers of the Utakata village, who will guide and train the player as they battle the Oni and save the human race.
